Hipsscrubur is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines refund and cancellation terms for our educational services.

2. Free Services

Our free initial workspace assessment (30 minutes) has no refund terms. If you decide not to proceed with paid services after your assessment, you are not charged.

3. Paid Services & Programs

3.1 Habit Building Program

Monthly Subscription ($99 AUD):

  • Cancellation Window: 14 days from purchase
  • Refund Eligibility: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days and fewer than 2 sessions attended
  • After 14 Days: No refund; subscription renews monthly. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

3.2 Intensive Workshop ($249 AUD)

Single 90-Minute Session:

  • Cancellation: Refund if cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment
  • No-Show: No refund if you miss appointment without notice
  • Rescheduling: Reschedule for free up to 48 hours before appointment
  • Sick Policy: If you're unwell, contact us at least 24 hours prior to reschedule

3.3 Digital Resources & Materials

Once downloaded or accessed, digital materials (guides, templates, tracking sheets) are not refundable. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if materials don't meet your expectations, contact us for alternatives.

4. Payment Methods & Processing

We accept:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfer (direct debit)
  • Secure payment processors (encrypted transactions)

All payments are processed securely and confidentially.

5. Refund Processing

Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Transaction Fees: Bank transfer fees or payment processor fees are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds: If services were partially used (e.g., 1 of 4 sessions attended), a prorated refund may apply.

6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Refunds may be denied or reduced if:

  • You fail to attend booked sessions without notice
  • Services were already fully delivered or accessed
  • Refund request is submitted beyond policy windows
  • Payment was processed under fraudulent or unauthorised circumstances

In hardship cases, we may offer partial refunds or rescheduling at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@hipsscrubur.world with your order number and refund reason
  2. Include your name, email, and payment method used
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days
  4. Once approved, refund is processed within 7–10 business days

8. Warranty & Satisfaction

We stand behind our services. If you're unsatisfied with the quality of guidance or content, contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss alternatives, additional support, or refund options.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you believe a service is faulty or misleading, you have statutory remedies available. For disputes, you may lodge a complaint with the Australian Consumer and Competition Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy. Changes are effective immediately for new purchases; existing orders are covered by the policy in effect at time of purchase. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
